Student Fees
In order to maintain our standard of excellence, we ask all students and their families to contribute the yearly application fee of $25 per student ($10 for returning students) at the time of the application. We also ask each family to cover the cost of books, which is $200 annually (book fees are due on July 15th ).
Tuition
EHA uses a sliding scale tuition schedule which is based on family income. We will need you to provide your prior year’s federal tax form (1040) in order to verify income.

We require tuition payments be made in either a one-time payment or for the ten months of August through May of each year. Payments are due on the first day of each month, with the first payment due on August 1. Payment should be made by check or money order at the school. Cash is not a preferred method of payment, but if cash payments must be made, a receipt will be issued in all cases. It is the responsibility of the parents to keep track of their receipts. A $10 fee will be charged on all returned checks. All tuition, fees and incidental charges must be paid in full to receive report cards or to transfer transcripts to another school.
Covenant to Pay
Each family will be required to sign a covenant with Elijah House, which includes a promise to make timely payment of all tuition and fees due under this policy. Failure to do so may result in the expulsion of the child, at the sole discretion of the Executive Director. In order to guarantee consistent treatment under this policy, there will be no exceptions granted in any case.
